Services - Cement mortar lining of pipes

These pipes are further modified for corrosion protection by Cement Mortar or Coal tar lining on the outside. Also these pipelines are normally lined on the inside using Cement Mortar. We have established facility for application of this inside cement mortar lining. Two methods are generally applied namely Insitu cement mortar lining and spinning process. Insitu cement lining is done after installation of the pipeline under ground in section of 300 to 400 meters. Factory lined pipes by spinning process is the application of mortar while the pipe is spun on its axis at very high speed to produce the required centrifugal force. This force compacts the mortar squeezing out the water and normally high strength lining results.

Esses Engineers have full-fledged factory lining facility at Chennai. This factory can be shifted to the project site with minimum difficulty. Steel columns and structural work make it portable to this extend
